Basic Needs Case Management serves low- and moderate-income residents of Centre County who are experiencing a short-term basic needs crisis. Our Case Managers provide personalized support focused on immediate needs while helping individuals work toward long-term stability.
Support includes emotional support, advocacy, and referral to available resources and funding within Centre County.

The program may be able to assist with:
Short-term rent and utility assistance
Other financial concerns related to basic needs
Budget counseling and financial education
Goal setting to increase stability and sustainability
Referrals to community agencies for food, housing, shelter, clothing, furniture, financial assistance, and specialized case management

Call 814-237-5855 or 988 to speak with a Centre Helps hotline volunteer. The volunteer will listen to your needs, provide information, and help determine eligibility for the Basic Needs Case Management Program.
